Your responsibilities:

• Daily operation of site – management of tasks and activities required for the daily running of the office facilities
• Supervision and management of facilities services (cleaning, maintenance, coffee machines, handy man, office material supply etc.)
• Hospitable and friendly interaction with user and visitors of the building
• Ensure the daily running of the floor provides a great customer experience
• Provide the go to place for questions, reporting of incidents, facilities questions and office management services
• Manage the facilities to support the running of events
• Engagement team by organizing events and bringing people together socially

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position.
• Experience in managing office
• Fluent English
• Highly developed soft skills (communication, cooperation etc.)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills,
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office – e.g. Word, Excel
