Techland is one of the biggest and best-known Polish game developers with studios in Wroclaw and Warsaw. We’re fueled by the support of our global community built on the foundation of successful AAA franchises such as Call of Juarez, Dead Island, or Dying Light. The gamers' trust in our games has resulted in our newest project, Dying Light 2 Stay Human, selling more than 5 million copies across all platforms within the first month after release. 

On top of continuously growing the world of Dying Light through a robust post-launch support plan for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we're also working on an unannounced AAA Open World Action RPG set in a brand new fantasy universe; our biggest project to date.

Your daily tasks:

  • Guide recruitment processes through their full cycle, from defining needs with managers to the onboarding process (while exploring Polish and foreign labour markets).
  • Creating new and improving existing methods and tools of employer branding.
  • Carrying out direct searches, screenings, and selections of candidates.
  • Preparing and negotiating job offers.
  • Ensuring Candidate Experience at the highest level throughout recruitment processes - providing timely feedback, and keeping contact with candidates.

You meet our expectations if you:

  • have min. 5 years of experience in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (including direct search),
  • have both interest in and knowledge of various methods/tools for search and selection (especially for specialists and senior positions, preferably in the gamedev market),
  • love your profession,
  • know why you are a recruiter and why this job brings you the real satisfaction,
  • start your day with a smile and you have a good sense of humour,
  • speak fluent Polish and very good English,
  • have great interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • experience in recruiting in the gamedev industry,
  • have a great interest in video games.
