Job Description:

  • Carry out end-to-end recruitment process (job ads, interviews, communication with candidates)
  • Identify and manage talent pools of candidates, build pipeline based on requirements
  • Keep updated about current labor market trends
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, universities, career offices and recruitment agencies
  • Prepare reports, maintain and update databases
  • Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities and events


  • min. 1 years of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment methods
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment
  • Experience in working with high volumes would be a plus
