Klika Tech is an AWS IoT Competency and an Advanced Consulting Partner in the AWS Partner Network with Service Delivery Designations for AWS IoT Core, Amazon API Gateway, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS Lambda.

 

To enhance our brand recognition in Poland, create and implement the company’s Employer Branding and PR strategy, we are looking for a Brand Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement an internal and external Employer Brand strategy and promote the brand externally.
  • Generate employee engagement and create the concept of employees as internal brand ambassadors. 
  • Design and conduct end-to-end advertising and PR campaigns (from idea generation to final launch and success tracking).
  • Measure the success of Employer Branding activities.

  • The practical experience and expert knowledge in the field of employer branding and organizational culture.
  • Experience and proven records using different channels of promotion - media, internet, outdoor advertising, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish IT labor market and community. 
  • Experience in building the Employer Brand.
  • Excellent skills in written and oral Polish. Experience in copywriting.
  • 1+ year experience in IT.
  • English B2+
