Responsibilities:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture and values
• Create candidate talent pools by utilizing external databases, networks, social media, ATS, employee referrals
• Actively sourcing, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent
• Representing our company professionally and warmly as the first point of contact
• Providing an amazing candidate experience every time
• Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy

Requirements:

• 4 years + year of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Strong online candidate sourcing skills
• Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
• Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
• Start-up mindset and hunger to achieve great results
• Experience sourcing and relocating candidates internationally (good to have)
• Communication in Polish & English (B2)
