Talent Sourcing Consultant

💻 What you'll do

As a Talent Sourcing Consultant, you’ll be building a pipeline of external candidates to support our current proposition and future demand. You’ll be providing consultative recruitment and sourcing expertise, support and advice to your stakeholders, while providing an exceptional candidate experience and making sure they’re supported throughout the recruitment process.

Day to day, you'll be:

• Finding external talent using a range of tools at your disposal, including LinkedIn and CV databases
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience and making sure our candidates are fully supported throughout the recruitment process
• Proactively building a pipeline of candidates for future roles
• Using market intelligence and insights to help influence stakeholder discussions and shape sourcing strategies

🔎 The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with sourcing and recruitment experience in the technology, digital or data and analytics sectors. You’ll have a history of successful recruitment delivery, along with experience of hiring in multi-disciplined organisations with more than one brand.

You’ll also have:

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and partner at a senior level
• Knowledge of recruitment market dynamics
• Knowledge and experience of using a variety of sourcing methods
• Experience of translating resourcing strategies into workable and commercially focused plans
