At Remoted, we offer remote work for talented engineers and IT employees. We are present in Swedish, Spanish, British, and Polish markets. Due to our continuous development, now we are looking for a person full of energy who has the powers of a Technical Recruiter to become a part of the @Remoters Delivery Team and support us in sourcing and recruiting the best tech talents.

If you are an independent specialist with extensive knowledge of the IT industry, have a grasp of varieties in technical positions, and are eager to face new challenges, let's get to know each other!

What would you do?

You will be responsible for acquiring active and passive candidates on the international market for our clients in various industries, so if you like challenges - there will be plenty of them here!

👉🏻Your tasks as Technical Recruiter will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process for different technical and non-technical positions.
• Editing advertisements, profiles, and descriptions of candidates.
• Direct search, sourcing, and exchanging a large number of personalized messages with candidates.
• Supporting candidates throughout the whole recruitment process (with the best Candidate Experience).
• Initial verification of candidates in terms of experience and known technologies (we do not expect technical knowledge).
• Constantly following the market and being up-to-date with trends.

👉🏻For this, it’s great if:

• You have 2 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment in international markets.
• You have experience in direct search and know how to effectively acquire the best talents utilizing various recruitment tools (including X-Ray, Boolean Search, GitHub, and LinkedIn).
• You have a positive attitude, the power to act, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
• You have soft skills related to adequate time and tasks management, independence, and commitment

• Salary: UoP PLN 7,500 - 8,500 gross / month
• Extra bonuses on top of that! (Up to 50% of your base salary per month)
• 100% remote
