Do you have experience in IT recruitment and want to develop it further? 

As an IT Recruiter at Setapp your main goal will be to attract new talents and you will have great independence to do it the way you know is the most effective. Responsibilities:

  • managing end-to-end recruitment process for different technical and non-technical positions,
  • taking care of a positive Candidate Experience,
  • managing communication between applicants, hiring managers and other people involved in the recruitment process,
  • taking part in direct search and establishing the initial contact with prospective candidates,
  • introducing and initiating improvements in HR processes,
  • working closely with marketing team on a recruitment marketing strategy
  • developing and implementing long-term recruitment strategies and other initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • experience in end-to-end recruitment process
  • advanced knowledge of English spoken and written (B2/C1),
  • experience in direct search and knowledge of how to effectively acquire the best talents,
  • highly developed communication and interpersonal skills,
  • keep up-to-date with HR, employer branding and new technologies,
  • knowledge of recruitment tools and methods
  • good sense of humor, positive personality, ready to work together in an inclusive culture based on giving feedback,
  • identification with values in professional life such as: curiosity, courage, trust, sense of responsibility.

  • salary: 7 000-8 500 gross PLN depending on experience
