Are you keen to take on a leadership role for our growing global team which delivers all our core HR services across the employee life cycle? Do you thrive on taking on responsibility, are you passionate about efficient service delivery and excited to build global HR processes that deliver a great experience for employees and line managers? The Employee Life Cycle Team is part of SIX’ Global People Relation Center and accountable for delivering all administrative HR processes across the organization’s global workforce. 

This currently includes onboarding, changes to roles/contracts, leavers, document administration, management of employee life-events, ad-hoc reporting, data maintenance and organization management as well as global support for employees and line manager and payroll administration Switzerland and Spain. Further services are planned as SIX continues to grow. 

  

What You Will Do:

  • lead the global HR Employee Life Cycle Team (15 + employees based across Switzerland, Spain and Poland) 
  • accountable for developing and setting up global HR processes that are scalable and support the organisational growth strategy, including relevant reporting and KPIs
  • ensure efficient and effective delivery of core HR processes across all aspects of the employee life cycle for global workforce of 3500+ employees 
  • embed a high quality service mindset with a focus on the “employee experience”, ensuring excellent customer feedback from employees and line managers in relation to the services delivered 
  • effective collaboration across other Teams within the Global People Relation Centre, HR Business Partner and Centre of Excellence Teams 

 

What You Bring:

  • 4- 5 years HR generalist experience with an understanding of HR processes gained in an international, high paced environment 
  • previous line management experience, ideally within a service centre environment
  • passion for process improvement and using technology to automate and simplify 
  • self-starter, highly organised and outcome oriented with the ability to get things done
  • excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset as well as willingness to learn and develop
  • fluent in English, other European languages (German, Spanish) are an advantage
  • knowledge of Swiss or Spanish labour law is an advantage
