We are conducting a recruitment process for one of our clients who operates in Biotechnology area. The company hires more than 5000 employees in over 35 locations around the world.
You will join Service Administration Team, which is processing customer agreements and handling service and logistical requests all over the EMEA Region.
Your tasks will include:
- Processing orders (Quotes/One time services/Service Agreements/Extension of Agreements).
- Supporting delivery of equipment’s, handling returns/replacements with logistics companies.
- Documenting cases in dedicated systems.
- Maintaining customers and equipment´s data base.
- Contributing to achieving company’s financial goals.
- Invoicing service activities, Issuing credit/debit notes.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Very good Italian language skills.
- Very good English language skills.
- Experience in customer service area.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
