HR Specialist for Marine Projects / Ship Repairs


Workplace: Gdańsk


Main Responsibilities:

  • Regular contact with the management team and the project implementation team,
  • provide project staffing according to established requirements,
  • responsibility for verification, completion, and archiving of employee documentation,
  • preparing proposals for changes in schedules and staffing plans and maintaining and updating the rotation plan in the systems,
  • cooperation with the HR department and training companies regarding training compliance, including mandatory certification, travel readiness, etc.,
  • managing all practical aspects to facilitate changes/rotation of staff and supporting travel-related activities,
  • ensuring effective communication in the projects,
  • supervision and responsibility for activities related to legal formalities such as visas, work permits, leave, and certification,
  • updating of HR systems.
