Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes
Providing the best candidate experience
Seeking for new ways/sources to recruit candidates
Managing data and processes using the ATS system
Supporting employer branding strategies

Preferred qualifications and skills:

Minimum 1 year of work experience as an IT Recruiter
Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
A good understanding of the IT industry
Excellent people skills and the ability to build positive relations
High level spoken and written English
Positive attitude 😊
