For our team based in Warsaw and remotely, we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Talent Acquisition Partner focusing mainly on driving recruitment that fits the business needs, who will join our People&Culture team.
UoP: 6 000 - 10 000 PLN gross
B2B: 7 080 - 11 800 PLN net + VAT

Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes focused mainly on IT roles
- Have an eye for recruitment process improvements, taking full ownership, and getting things done
- Ensure desired candidate experience
- Identify the limitations of the recruitment and sourcing processes and implement new ideas to improve them
- Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, rejection emails, and offer letters
- Work closely with hiring managers to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback
- Represent Addepto during external events
- Contribute to other People&Culture projects and processes with a focus on recruitment and ensuring desired employee experience
Requirements:
- Higher education: preferably in HRM, sociology, psychology, business, or related fields
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT recruitment area
- Experience in direct search activities
- Being up to date with current recruitment trends (sourcing channels, recruitment methods)
- Strong interpersonal skills, good ability to prioritize daily tasks, goal-orientation, can-do attitude
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English and Polish (min. B2)
