The main purpose of this role will be to support our Global Delivery Services business to achieve their workforce strategy, whilst maintaining best practice in recruitment search and selection. This role will also require a high level of collaboration with key stakeholders and candidates at all levels to ensure that the best candidates are attracted, appropriately interviewed and selected into AECOM. There will be also close working relationship with HRBPs to ensure alignment with the overall people strategy.
Responsibilities:
Act as a key strategic recruitment partner for hiring managers within your area of responsibility
Interface with TA Partner and wider TA Team to ensure that your stakeholders receive a seamless recruitment experience
Work closely with team members providing a full and detailed brief to ensure that the pipelining and sourcing process is both quick and efficient for your requisitions
Partner with your business stakeholders to really understand their requirements, what is needed
Ensure compliance, consistency and an excellent candidate experience throughout the life cycle recruitment process
Promote AECOM as an employer of choice and support the successful development of the AECOM Talent Network
Participate in international TA projects where required
Requirements:
Recruitment experience of 2+years preferred
Knowledge of sourcing methods, Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient in use of social media tools for candidate attraction and engagement
Experience in working within multi-national organization providing a best class TA service
Good level of English is a must
Collaborative approach, able to partner with business stakeholders and wider HR Team
