- Partner with key stakeholders in assigned business areas to source, select and hire qualified candidates at a variety of levels
- Leverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including LinkedIn and other social media, talent referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across your designated territory
- Develop a direct sourcing strategy to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, providing support and delivering a superior experience for all candidates progressing through the hiring process, including extending and closing offers
- Work internally with other Talent Acquisition team members to share knowledge, best practices and resources
- Suggest process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring process
- Contribute to both regional and global talent acquisition projects as required
- Organize and deliver various early talent recruitment events, both virtually and on-site.
Minimum Requirements :
- 5 years + of experience in Recruitment/ TA ideally in the international company
- Ability to coach and mentor TA colleagues
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level to influence and positively challenge existing thinking
- Capability in working with numbers
- Analytical skills - ease of drawing conclusions
- Ability to work with business independently
- International exposure
- English skills – at least B2 level
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
