Job Overview:
HR Specialist is responsible for all administrative related tasks. Acting as a first point of contact for employees, prepares employees documents (such as contracts, letters, employment certificates, earning certificates, contract terminations, etc.) Coordinate payroll process, administrate company benefits and participating in on-boarding process.
After your morning coffee you will:
- Provide all administrative activities related to employee life cycle (new hires, promotions, terminations, organizational changes and data management)
- Coordinating payroll process by cooperation with payroll vendor
- Ensuring data accuracy, timeliness and completeness of HR operations in line with internal practice and labour code
- Update the employee records and keeping all relevant systems up to date
- Administrating company benefits (i.a.: private medical care, sports card, private insurance)
- Occupational medicine/ medical check-up coordination

- Are during studies/ have Bachelor or Master degree/ - HR related studies (psychology, sociology, HR management)
- Have previous HR related experience - min. 1 year
- Are fluent in English and Polish
- Have very good knowledge of employment and labour law in Poland

- Are able to handle multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Demonstrate a positive approach, strong communication skills and operate in an ethical manner
