All in! Games is a publishing house and development team. We create and support unique games for PC and consoles, working on both Polish and international projects. Some of our cool titles are Chernobylite (The Farm 51) and Tools Up! (The Knights of Unity). Remember the name—we’re gonna be loud!

We’re a group of gaming enthusiasts who enjoy teamwork and sharing ideas. When we make mistakes, we learn from them and when we succeed, we celebrate together. Our goal is to secure All in! Recruitment Specialist

Together with Paulina, Anna, Julia, Gabi and Aleksander, you’ll be responsible for supporting the processes of building and developing unique teams that achieve ambitious business goals.Your main tasks will be to:

Recruiting the right people for the right positions using methods that are engaging and transparent for both candidates and hiring managers;
Supporting or even leading HR projects (internal communication, trainings etc.)

We want you to take the initiative in achieving these goals and to come up with ideas for procedures you'd like to implement in this position. During your job interview, we would be happy to discuss your plan.

Be sure that you:

Know what actions you want to take to achieve the above goal and have at least 3 years of experience that confirm your recruiting skills;
Are familiar with sourcing methods (knowledge of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter and X-ray search method);
Can easily communicate with everyone and know which dialogue option will not fail the quest;
Work well under pressure and are capable of remaining focused despite rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines;
Have a strong command of both English and Polish;
Are proactive and take responsibility for your actions;
Are always working to improve your skills.
