- Managing recruitment processes up to Senior Manager position across AmRest’s markets in close cooperation with Managers.
- Running complex recruitment processes through all steps: search & selection, phone screening, interviews, feedback sharing.
- Providing direct search on LinkedIn to acquire the best talent from the market to AmRest
- Taking part in different projects related to Talent Acquisition, e.g. Employer Branding activities, creating policies, implementing and creating new tools.
- Looking for innovations and best practice from the market and implementing in the team
Your skills & experience:
- Min. 3 years of experience in recruitment area environment (as consultant or in-house recruiter)
- Experience in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS tools)
- Good English skills (min. B2)
- Practical knowledge of HR processes will be the additional advantage
- High level of positive energy, flexibility
- Results orientation, can-do attitude, customer focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills
