The Role
AMS is seeking a candidate to join the Warsaw-based team to support one of our Accounts within banking – Goldman Sachs (GS). You will support the hiring process for GS by forming part of the Background Check (BGC) team in EMEA.
The role is hybrid – working 2-3 times a week from the client’s office in Warsaw.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the client Stakeholders, including their internal Background Check Team, Recruiters, Program Managers and Relationship Managers for dedicated business area(s) managing the candidate through the background check process in person or via print or electronic correspondence
- Managing the screening process for new and existing employees of the client. Liaising with relevant teams and suppliers on a daily basis
- Contacting candidates to fill uncomplete information
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with background check laws, policies, and procedures are followed
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all background check records
- Working with internal systems (e.g., Oracle and ServiceNow) to verify and compare resumes with other documents provided by candidates
- Managing detailed Excel spread sheets
- Providing process improvements when necessary.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- Experience in administration or customer services environment
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data
- Good prioritisation and organisation skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Previous systems / database administration experience would be an asset (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow)
- Previous experience within Background Checking would be advantageous.
