The Role
Coordinators - People Operations will be responsible for managing all tier 1 lifecycle processes for AMS internal employees in EMEA (including PL) and UK&I. They will be responsible for employment documents, benefits, references, maintaining employee data and all other admin tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
Main responsibilities for the role are as follow:
- Responding to all incoming HR via telephone or email in the professional and timely manner. Queries shall refer to job changes, benefits, leavers, relocation, maternity/paternity and many other processes including payroll
- Cooperating closely with other Specialist, Principals and Coordinators within a team
- Compiling letters and producing documentation regarding HR process transactional activities for the above mentioned processes or any other requested
- Cooperate closely with the external payroll/benefit providers and all other stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and ensure a valued added service
- Gather all relevant data from internal sources, coordinate and guarantee timely and accurate disbursement of monthly payroll in cooperation with the external provider
- Handle potential data discrepancies and ensure errors correction
- Maintain system and user documentation, being responsible for People Ops processes documentation and improvements
Skills & Experience:
- Very good command of English (C1)
- Strong interest in HR operations
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data
- Ability to resolve issues in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Good prioritisation and organisation skills
- Previous systems / database administration experience would be an asset
