The Role:
The People Operations Manager will provide line management and leadership for the regional HR operations team and ensuring to meet relevant Targets, adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Deliver excellent HR operations support and ensuring process compliance of the team and managing risks aligned to the process.

Leadership:
- Monthly performance and development conversations
- Development plans in place for all team members
- Less than 20% voluntary attrition among direct reports (target may vary based on local nuance)
Operational Excellence:
- Completion of tasks within agreed timescales
- Customer satisfaction/working within Service Levels
- Updated SOP and work manuals for People Operations
- Management of issues and escalations in timely manner
Innovation:
- Continuous improvement initiatives and projects
Compliance:
- Compliance to policy and procedure and ISO standards
- Completion of mandatory trainings
Key Accountabilities:
Leadership:
- Manage team members, including their performance and priorities. Manage team to meet expected levels of service.
- Coach and develop team members through supervision on aspects of projects, delegation of responsibility for specific tasks and
- development of technical expertise.
- Analyse the team workload and identify areas where this can be reduced. Drive actions to implement improvements as identified.
Operational Excellence:
- Deliver an Operational Service that meets the expectations of internal customers aligned to People Operations process
- Build relationships & partnership with key internal stakeholders
- Pro-actively gather feedback on the delivery of People Operations Service, acting on feedback ensuring issues are resolved and
- services improved.
- Act as escalation point for all People Operations cases, ensuring cases are resolved effectively & in a timely manner.
- Manage external supplier relationships that impacts service delivery
Innovation:
- Drive initiatives that improve process efficiencies and with the use of technology.
- Identify opportunities to augment process gaps aligned to continuous improvement.
- Compliance:
- Ensure team compliance on policies and procedures
- Completion of mandatory trainings and policy updates.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience managing a team in Human Resources
- Demonstrable ability to lead a team to deliver operational excellence
- Strong problem solving, escalation management skills
- Stakeholder management, business acumen
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel & reporting
