The Role
Experts in team management, passionate about sector market knowledge and building sourcing strategies, they take ownership for the operational success for our clients. They lead and inspire the team that deliver to our clients every day, taking responsibility for optimizing engagement, driving performance and team upskilling and development. They are ultimately accountable for their teams successful delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
- Being responsible for a team of 2 Team Leaders managing approx. 20 people across various locations (UK, Poland, Spain, Denmark) and client in pharma sector in Denmark
- Partner with senior client stakeholders, including regional leads, to define resourcing strategies and plans that meet medium to long term NN objectives and enable AMS to plan ahead
- Oversee Operational Delivery of your team
- You will develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff by using all sourcing channels effectively
- Deliver continuous improvement and client specific projects
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to client and team on resourcing related matters
- Build effective communication channels between the client stakeholders and the account team strengthening the relationship between AMS and the client
- Manage Team Leaders to empower them to achieve delivery targets by providing objectives, direction, and continual feedback on progress.
- Responsible for spotting business development opportunities and engaging with the Senior Manager
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven track record managing and inspiring a team in recruitment sector
- Strong sense of urgency and responsive client-facing skills with proven expertise in managing complex recruitment processes
- Experience of developing and delivering sourcing strategies and processes to improve outcomes (e.g. decreased number of aged requisitions, increased quality of hire).
- Previous experience of working within a Corporate recruitment environment
- Ability to analyze and identify key metrics, trends and prepare effective plans for development/improvements/progression.
- Ability to set clear expectations related to proper team management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationship
- Experience in people management & development, coaching.
- Fluency in English
