The Role:
Managing a team of HR specialists / principals/ coordinators through organizing and prioritization of running operations, workload and special projects to deliver best in class HR service support to HR communities, business managers and employees.

Managing a team of HR specialists / principals/ coordinators through organizing and prioritization of running operations, workload and special projects to deliver best in class HR service support to HR communities, business managers and employees.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage a team to achieve all required SLAs
- Responsible for team objective setting, performance management, development and succession planning
- Responsible for team morale, productivity and discipline
- Manage the team’s holiday and sickness and ensure that sufficient cover is provided
- Manage the program and organize resources for induction of new staff
- Ensure Process Manuals are kept up to date, owning relevant chapters of these to proactively recommend improvements in processes and procedures
- Conduct interviews with internal and external candidates
- Use the Workday system to run requested reports and generate required data.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, and other account stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiative within the immediate team.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in team management, ideally minimum one year
- Ideally with HR background (knowledge of HR processes, minimum one: i.e. absences, job changes).
- Very good English
