This role is an integral part of the TD function and created to ensure we deliver operational excellence and quality deliver of both live interactive and self- paced learning. Talent development Team Leader will support the delivery of the TD functional goals Manage global L&D Administration to ensure the best end user experience is achieved through high level of service and processes. Leading global L&D Administration team to ensure operation delivery, compliance and increase L&D technology utilisation in the process of Team upskilling. Work as a technical expert, SME in Social Learning Platforms (Cornerstone) and virtual training delivery systems (AdobeConnect) and consultant for specific programmes of work that require learning technology as a key enabler for delivery. The role holder will work closely with the Regional TD partners and project leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of learning programmes, academies and interventions.

Key accountabilities:

Manage and develop global L&D Administration team (including establishing & monitoring SLA, KPIs, goals)

Oversee global L&D administration (including global induction and training calendars) processes to ensure high level of service and to ensure continuous improvement

Work closely with Manager - L&D, Regional Talent Partners and Project Leads to increase L&D technology utilisation in the process of employees upskilling & improving employee experience in line with L&D tech strategy

Partner with Manager - L&D, Regional Talent Partners and Project Leads to clarify business requirements and align these where possible to standard solutions and processes

Drive global TD administration processes CI agenda

Work as a technical expert, SME in Social Learning Platforms and consultant for specific programmes of work that require learning technology as a key enabler for delivery

Manage the implementation of new technology/software in partnership with others to ensure consistent deployment and uptake throughout the business

Research and investigate best practice use of our learning technologies across external organisations and identify opportunities to incorporate learning's into AMS current and future use of the technology.

Upskilling business users on technology and LMS system

Manage proof of concept, pilots, testing and define expected benefits to us, through adoption of new technologies
