We use state-of-the-art marketing science methods and cast these into easy-to-operate software tools and develop own products.

We would be happy to welcome a new HR & Administration Specialist on full-time basis to our Poznań office.

Job description:

You will be part of the Support Team that takes care of the high-quality services to the organization as well as Polish and German colleagues (English being our communication language). In our daily work, we all use MS Office tools, especially: Outlook & Teams. As a Team we like good coffee, having lunches together and sharing a good laugh whenever possible.

Our HR & Administration Specialist will have a list of established responsibilities, but those will be mixed with the ad-hoc challenges, so there is quite a variety of tasks to be expected. The work of the HR & Administration Specialist will be supervised by the HR Business Partner, but close cooperation and support from all Support Team members will be assured. Since the role entails office reception and support tasks, the new person shall support us full-time, on a Mon-Fri basis, min. 3-4 days from the office.
