For our client - a global telecommunication leader, We are looking for an HR Specialist to join the HR team at Warsaw Research Center. As a key member of our motivated and multicultural team, you will handle full HR cycle in alignment with the company growth plans.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full HR cycle, including but not limited to managing onboarding, off-boarding, absence management, employee queries, evaluations, training requests, etc.
Support HR manager in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and daily communication with team leaders and employees
Develop and maintain an awareness of current HR legislation and employment law
Prepare internal employment documents and reports
Responsibility for the management of employee engagement awards and activities such as corporate internal events, integration meetups, and project celebrations.
Support in other tasks arranged by HR manager related to recruitment, internal purchases, invoices, and contact with external suppliers

About you:

3 years of professional experience gained in the HR department
Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken min. C1 level
Good knowledge of Polish labor law.
Have a good command of Microsoft Office tools.
At least a Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a multinational corporate environment will be an asset.
