Now, we’re looking for an IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

What's this position about:

  • undertaking all hiring activities, coordinating the hiring process end-to-end,
  • sourcing and reaching out to candidates for current open roles, 
  • building your own Linkedin network, 
  • taking care of good Candidate Experience, 
  • executing the social recruiting strategy including identifying appropriate social media platforms, objectives, and content,
  • building the brand value of the company,
  • designing and planning recruiting events,
  • assisting in executing the employer branding strategy.

What will your typical workday look like?

You will be a part of our People & Culture team. Most of the time will be spent contacting and building relationships with candidates, and taking care of their experience. On occasion, you will be supporting internal events, as well as taking part in P&C workshops, knowledge sharing, and brainstorming meetings.

What do you need to have to join us? 

  • at least 1 year of professional experience as an IT Recruiter 
  • very good command of Polish and English
  • excellent knowledge of the IT market
  • knowledge of candidate sourcing methods and tools
  • very good communication and negotiation skills
  • experience in direct cooperation with hiring managers
  • well-developed organizational skills

Here's what we have to offer:
salary:
  • CoE: 5800 - 9000 gross
  • B2B: 7000 - 10900 net + VAT
