We are not a standard, traditional HR department - we are a team!

A team of four wonderful girls, full of positive energy, willingness for action, smiles… and also, with us it is never quiet. For us, there are no impossible tasks.

Our tasks include recruitment, implementation of hiring plans, tasks connected to onboarding and offboarding processes, events and employer branding topics and handling all documents and processes within the company.

We work in close cooperation with each other while maintaining and building positive relationships with the entire AppUnite team. We support each other and help with everyday work. We are constantly looking for ideas to improve both our work and that of the entire company. What counts for us are people, and what they bring to our AppUnite team. For us, everyone is unique and priceless. 

We are looking for another person to join our team who will deal with recruitment topics in a creative and active way, someone who will help us find new talent for our AppUnite team. The ideal candidate will know how and where to look for candidates on the market (in particular from the IT industry), what tools are best for this and who can use them.

Our recruitment idea

We have projects from different sectors, using a variety of technology stacks, startup or enterprise environments, and in different phases of the product life cycle which require different skills and levels of experience from candidates.
