Responsibilities:
- provides ongoing HR support for managers and employees in dedicated areas to ensure consistency of HR policies, procedures and practices;
- supports local leaders in the field of HR policies, procedures and practices as well as in the field of human resources provision and optimization of organizational structures;
- promotes the company's values and compliance with ethics at all levels of the organization;
- provides ongoing support in the following processes: employment, training, remuneration, designing organizational structures, change management, internal communication;
- supports local managers in the consistent implementation and enforcement of employee evaluation and development processes in place in the organization;
- supports managers in implementing organizational changes;
- supports the internal communication process by ensuring effective two-way communication;
- provides access to adequate training and other forms of development for employees;
- provides support and advice on topics related to labor law and other regulations in the area of people management;
- cooperates with managers and employees in building a positive and friendly work environment;
- coordinates recruitment processes in order to acquire and hire candidates with the required competences. Supports managers in the process of identifying, selecting and retaining talents in order to ensure their dynamic development in the organization;
- acts as an employee advocate to ensure fair standards in the hiring process, adhere to company policies and practices, address employee concerns, conduct internal interviews, and implement adequate solutions and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- university degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business or related field;
- solid knowledge of labor law;
- proven at least 2 years’ experience as HRBP in international manufacturing company;
- fluent in English;
- demonstrated ability to develop and maintain trust-based interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization;
- demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and ability to gather and analyze information objectively and skillfully;
- strong planning and organizational skills;
- ability or potential to understand the business and think strategically about people, organizational & cultural needs;
- continuous learning attitude. Curious, open to try new approaches, collect feedback, reflect and implement learning;
- strong integrity.
