As a Payroll Intern you will be a critical member of the EMEA Payroll team. You will be working together with a team of professionals who support payroll and time & attendance processes for 34 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Your main focus will be on supporting processes for Germany.

Payroll intern at Arrow will be involved in:

  1. Helping to ensure the accuracy of payroll data by supporting monthly standard and ad hoc payroll activities (i.e. payroll input vs output verifications, documentation checks, reports reconciliations)
  2. Management of the Time & Attendance system (entering sick leaves notes, verifying holidays status, granting days off permissions)
  3. Responding to employees’ questions on Time & Attendance procedures and practices via case management system and e-mails
  4. Communicating regularly with payroll vendor
  5. Executing dedicated payroll projects and initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee services


  1. At least good English & German skills (min B1 level in both)
  2. Good command of MS-Office
  3. Good command of Excel
  4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Willingness to learn
  6. Customer oriented attitude


  1. Student status at Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in human resources, management, business administration or equivalent
  2. Previous working experience will be a plus
