We are currently looking for a passionate HR Business Partner professional to join our HR team.This is a great role for someone who has previous experience of working with senior and mid-level leaders, to influence and challenge positively and has a strong „can-do” resilient attitude.The HR Business Partner will work strategically and operationally with a line managers and other business group of ASSA ABLOY to ensure HR support is provided to enable them to meet business aims and objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
- Close cooperation with top management of the Company on issues related to employee matters (manufacturing area),
- Business support and consultancy in the field of labour law, HR solutions and tools, communication, as well as support in the process of introducing changes and in solving current problems and making personnel decisions,
- Coordination of the employment process of employees by a temporary employment agency,
- Support in the process of recruiting employees for positions at various levels,Organization development, including consultancy in the field of organization and organizational structure of the company, co-creation of job descriptions and supervision over the current description of employee duties,
- Coordinating the process of building employee involvement,
- Training and development of the company's employees, including coordinating the process of group training,
- Identification and development of talents,
- Coordination of the hiring process (including preparation of requests),
- Conducting interviews with departing employees (so-called Exit interview) and reporting obtained information,
- Running a program of apprenticeships and internships,
- Coordination and implementation of company-wide HR processes and projects,
- Participation in global HR initiatives,
- Correct reporting within the Group,
- Cooperation with the HR and payroll department,
- Implementation of the ASSA ABLOY Group Policies in the Company,
- Representing the company's HR department at internal meetings,
- Developing bonus regulations together with managers,
- Coordinating pay rise processes,
- Processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions governing the protection of personal data and the scope of the authorization granted,
Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Previous experience in a similar role HRBP,
- Educated to Master degree level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field is required,
- Good / fluent oral and written communication skills in English,
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization,
- Results oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task,
- Strong interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, and conflict resolution skills,
- Excellent planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
- Working knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.),
- Experience of working in a global or international business this would be an advantage,
- Required travel 30-50%,
