• Conducting full cycle recruitment processes
• Working with the Talent Acquisition Team on a variety of projects that support the whole team's goals
•  Cooperating with internal departments and leaders regarding recruitment process and other HR issues
• Regulary track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
• Ensure a positive end-to-end interview experience for all candidates
• Maintaining good relationships with external recruitment companies

• Previous experience as a Recruiter preferably in the technical field
• Experience with multiple sourcing techniques and tools
• A good understanding of technology and jod job requirements for IT roles
• Ability to maintain a database and pipeline of candidates
• Ability to manage a complex workload
• Experience of recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Good project management skills 
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
• International and cultural awareness
• Very good command od English (written and spoken)
• Customer oriended approach
• Relevant educational degree
