We are leading the recruitment process for our Client. Currently, we’re looking for a new team member to join the team as a Internal Recruiter.
About the Company:

We began when aviation itself was very young, literally exploring uncharted territory and creating the foundation for safe, efficient predictable air travel as we know it. We never waited for “someone else” to do it and never will. Aviation is by definition a disruptive technology — something that, once introduced, makes everything before it outdated. We’ve got a proud history of being disruptive in the best possible way. We also produce software for chartplotters and navigation applications. The company has offices all over the world in Germany, Sweden, UK, Norway, Australia. Currently we are employing about 3200 people (in Poland about 300 people).
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in Recruiting, Recruitment Co-ordination or HR related role
- Experience of delivering an outstanding employee experience or customer service
- Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Excellent communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience working with diverse groups and colleagues, able to build collaborative relationships
- Experience working for a global/US based company would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Digital literacy, leveraging technology to maximize results
- Experience using Workday is preferred but is not essential
Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
