Due to the dynamic development of B3 Poland, we are currently looking for people for the position of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will join this exciting adventure of building the best place to work with us.
In this role, you would be responsible for acquiring the best IT talents from the market, building strong relationships with Consultants, and participating in other HR activities to build a great working environment and company culture.

Your role:
- Sourcing potential candidates through internal system and online channels
- Preparing and posting job ads on internal and external career sites
- Contacting directly with candidates including screening calls and keeping candidates up to date with the recruitment process
- Managing recruitment administration: updating our recruitment platform and scheduling internal interviews for Business Managers
- Running Consultant Care activities regularly: contacting with Consultants, building strong relationships, and participating in other activities to maintain a great working environment
Your skills and experience:
To be successful in this role you want to make a difference. You believe in people and do everything to find best talents. You care about the details. You are trustworthy and you get things done! You also have a:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working as a IT Sourcer / Recruiter
- Knowledge and interest in IT Sourcing
- Experience in conducting pre-screening phone & video interviews and assess candidates against internal client position requirements & organization culture fit
- Nice to have: experience in working at IT Consulting Company
- Strong network and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Social Media
- Ability to be proactive and to build strong relationships
- Interest in continuous personal development in the direction of IT sourcing and recruitment
- Very good level of English (minimum B2)
