Job Purpose and Overview
Appfire is looking for a talented, and passionately resourceful Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. You will be a member of our Human Resources team, and will be an integral part of our mission to deliver empathetic, strategic and knowledgeable partnership as we accelerate our transformation and scale our business.
As Human Resources Business Partner at Appfire you will:
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
- Understand strategic goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development within the company
- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, leadership coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning & development, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health; understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions, and interpret complex analysis and tie analysis back to business priorities
- Provide highly skilled interactions at all levels of the organization
- Support the integrated salary planning process by effectively working with leadership to ensure timely and accurate planning and execution
- Partner with Learning Development team to co-facilitate key learning opportunities, as needed
- Work with leaders on organizational design, change management, and culture
About You:
- Four (4)+ years in Human Resources functional experience, demonstrated growth in supporting a diversity of functional groups and strong business acumen
- Experience working as a HR BP in an IT sector in a company with a remote work culture. Additional experience in a Tech SSC will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant subject area
- HR experience in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, data analysis, and employee relations
- Proven ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels in a multicultural environment and build strong, trusted relationships
- Demonstrated employee relations experience with a working knowledge of recruitment, training delivery, benefits, and compensation theory/administration
- Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision, and thrive within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Solutions-focused and comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Comfortable with a fast-paced workload and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Fluent Polish and professional proficiency in English
