Are you the one?
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting our current recruitment processes in the IT area;
- Sourcing candidates using various recruitment tools (practice knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a must, but the more creative you get, the better!);
- Building long-term relationships with candidates;
- Taking care of an excellent Candidate Experience;
- Keeping our database updated.
We need you to have:
- Relevant experience as an IT researcher;
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken,
- Orientation among the latest technologies and the newest tech buzzwords;
- Openness and ease in establishing relationships;
- Assertiveness, creativity, ownership and excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work in an environment of changing requirements.
