The People & Culture team is looking for an Organizational Development Partner to bring their expertise and passion to our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and facilitate scalable experiences that support organizational development at all levels of the organization. You will ensures that, ultimately, these initiatives are designed to improve organizational capability and accelerate the achievement of business results.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Performance management – managing our performance system where cycles are created and data is stored, as well as helping support further embedding critical skills necessary in the performance management process into our culture (for example creating training, building guides, e-learnings, updating resources on our intranet, etc.)
- Engagement surveys – supporting Senior OD Director and HR BPs in bringing to life a successful action planning process by helping identify key drivers of engagement to improve, also helping analyze surveys/pulses to drive change
- Talent metrics – helping identify and track department KPIs, drive enhancements into the talent review process
- Intern/Graduate Program - helping design, launch and lead a program that serves as a feeder program for early tech talent to hire full-time after the program ends
- Bootcamps – providing bootcamp SMEs with best practice guidance and frameworks to create successful bootcamps quickly, helping teams create department/team introductions and New Hire Orientation materials at the company level
- Supporting other aspects of OD including L&D initiatives (such as a new Learning Management System and preparing new materials to be delivered via e-learnings/learning paths) as well as Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
- Partnering closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and also partnering on other Organizational Development (OD) department projects
YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in:
Experience in:
- OD/L&D/HR role (at least 3 years)
- Creating and driving performance management cycles and systems
- Creating and driving engagement surveys and result interpretation
- Project planning and project management, including the ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1–2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of a business plan
- Experience with performance management systems and engagement survey platforms
- Creating and coordinating bootcamps (considered as an asset)
- Supporting or running learning programs, such as an Intern Program or high potential program (considered as an asset)

- Ability and willingness to roll-up his/her sleeves, jump into the work, and drive consistent execution in a fast-moving environment with a “make it happen” attitude
- Nimble & flexible attitude and ability to work in a lean team, while building competencies to align with current & future business needs
- Demonstrated skill in applying approaches, tools, and techniques to gain the cooperation and support of others; ability to lead by example and foster collaborative relationships
- Ability to partner, collaborate, and influence decisions within and outside the organization
