As an Associate Payroll & HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various administrative and payroll tasks supporting our European network, with a strong focus on the French-speaking region.
Responsibilities:
- Process the monthly administration and cycle for the cluster of countries assigned, in cooperation with Payroll providers
- Employee lifecycle administration (i.e. hiring, employee changes, termination processes) for the cluster of countries assigned
- Cooperate daily with internal and external 3rd parties (i.e. Accountancy, IT, payroll providers, Tax and Social authorities)
- Hiring contracts and amendment letters preparation
- Preparation of reports on HR and Payroll data
- Support the HR team in migration of HR Processes
- Support in the carry-out of strategic HR Projects
- Supporting HR Business Partners/ TA team with general HR administration and ad hoc requests
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in an HR environment
- Experience in the shared service environment is a plus
- Experience working for a Payroll provider is a plus
- Excellent level in English and French (min.B2)
- Strong knowledge and working experience of Excel and Word
- Collaborative outlook and aptitude
- Meticulous, attention to details
- Good communicator and team player
