We specialize in building cars, but we also helped to make the planes and helicopters fly. We create tiny embedded devices that surround you in modern buildings, shopping malls, factories, or even in public transport. We create huge web portals and beautifully designed mobile applications, but we’re also in IoT area and we deploy automated contact centers of the future. As you can see, we do a whole bunch of things. You surely can find something for yourself.
We expect this:
- at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
- experience in sourcing and screening IT candidates
- interest in employer branding area
- excellent communication skills in written and verbal Polish
- good English skills
- general knowledge of IT environment and market
- high teamwork skills and customer orientation
- positive mindset
And so, we can make you responsible for:
- managing full recruitment lifecycle for different technical positions
- identifying, sourcing and selecting candidates through multiple channels
- cooperation with the Marketing Manager in employer branding activities
- taking care of a positive candidate experience
- close cooperation with hiring managers in order to provide high quality support
- building candidates database using different methods: direct search, posting job offers, attending events (job fairs)
- cooperation with external partners such as: universities, student organizations and recruitment agencies
- conducting job interviews and initial phone screenings
- taking care of recruitment analysis and preparing regular reports with statistics
