As a BackOffice Recruiter you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting for positions from back office (BizDev, Marketing, Payroll etc.)
- Knowledge of modern tools and unconventional techniques for candidate sourcing
- Proficiency in using Social Media for everyday work
- Highly developed communication skills
- Knowledge of English on min. B2
- Independence, taking initiative and sharing ideas
Nice to have:
- Communicative knowledge of the Ukrainian language
- Knowledge of the Google Workspace package
- Experience gained in an IT company
Your responsibilities:
- Comprehensive recruitment on back office roles (sourcing, coordinating the process, conducting interviews, negotiating offers)
- Building positive relationships with candidates
- Documenting and reporting activities, maintaining a database of candidates
- Ensuring a high quality candidate experience
- Preparing recommendations for managers
- Close cooperation and consulting with managers in the field of recruitment
- Analyzing the market and proposing new recruitment solutions
- Sharing ideas and supporting Employer Branding activities
