Your responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment process life-cycle
- Search for qualified candidates, using different sourcing technics, tools and channels (direct search, databases, job boards, social media platforms, search engines etc.)
- Communicate with candidates and other process stakeholders, discuss future opportunities, actively build the interest level of future candidates and promote potential referral opportunities among existing contacts.
- Generate pipeline of IT-related candidates in appointed areas
- Improve existing resources and strategies to provide qualified candidates in the appointed qualification scheme and given timeframe
- Support recruitment event activities (job fairs, IT events etc.)
- Provide qualified information to candidates concerning technical requirements and project scope.
Our requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in the IT industry
- Able to identify and select qualified candidates for various positions
- Experience in current recruitment and social media tools
- Proven track record of successful placements in the IT field
- Experience in working with internal databases
- Results-driven approach with a focus on deadlines
- Well organized – work, schedules, systems
- Presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong work ethic as well as a can-do attitude
