We’re looking for an experienced Head of People to lead our People Operations Team and help us tackle scaling challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for developing internal projects that support the business objectives, foster people development, and strengthen our high-performance culture. Your responsibilities:
Driving and implementing programs and initiatives to make our culture evolve around shared values.
Building good relations with everyone to empower the role-based organization.
Offer mentorship and coaching.
Advising on best HR practices at different stages of the employee lifecycle.
Make sure that all people matters are taken care of - answering questions and addressing concerns.
Engage in and improve processes such as onboarding/offboarding, talent management (learning & development), performance management, and team communication.
Must haves:
Fluent in English (not everyone at DNA speaks Polish)
Several years of experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills
