Displate was founded in Poland in 2013. We are a global e-commerce platform that offers content creators a new way of selling their designs, and where everybody comes for metal posters with graphics they love. Our mission? We allow people to collect their passions!
As an internationalmarketplace, we gather more than 40 000 artists from all over the world and sell their designs (over 1,5 million of them!) as one-of-a-kind, magnet-mounted metal prints. Displate is home to everyone who lives and breathes a good design. Which is a whole lot of people - we’ve already sold 5 million posters and counting! We got more than 450 talented people working across all teams: our headquarters & manufacture in Warsaw, Poland, and our Austin branch in Texas, USA. We cooperate with such big brands like Star Wars, DC Comics, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, Marvel, NASA and many more.
We also participate in the Trees for the Future programme and plant trees as part of our efforts to reduce the company’s ecological footprint. With the help of our customers, we’ve already planted over 15 mln trees. We are growing rapidly: we are already selling in over 55 countries, saw a 3x revenue increase ( from $ 33,9 mln to $104,2 mln) last year, and a 3X increase in total order value. Ouremployment growth reached an all-time high at 95,6 %.
Your responsibilities:
- preparing regular monthly/quarterly reports & analysis;
- preparing ad-hoc reports & analysis;
- HR team budget management (preparation, monitoring, adjustments), cost monitoring;
- leading projects like: HR KPI (recruitment metrics, attrition and many more) pulse surveys (from preparing to analysis & preparing recommendations), headcount planning & monitoring (together with Finance team) ant other;
- proposing & introducing improvements HR & data related topics;
- data & database management (e.g. recruitment, recruitment costs, HR indicators, headcount)
- close cooperation with Finance team, People & Culture team (especially People & Culture Business Partners)
Our requirements:
- min. 3 year of experience in similar role (experience in HR team is a must)
- hands-on experience with Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivots & data visualization)
- you are a team player and you like to work in a dynamically changing environment
- fluent spoken and written English and Polish, preferably C1 level
- good knowledge of PowerPoint
- can-do attitude, willingness to learn and developing new skills
- interest in HR & People Analytics
