• driving recruitment processes to Engineering Department from beginning to end with strong focus on candidate experience;
• delivering high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals and business objectives;
• becoming a talent advisor to hiring managers to develop and tailor the best sourcing and hiring strategies to meet their needs;
• setting up the best recruiting strategy for searches of engineering positions, using active sourcing, networking, etc.
• recommending system improvements to current recruitment processes to ensure streamlined, cost effective, high quality services are provided to hiring managers;
• track applicant flow (we use Workable), maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, collect and analyze recruitment data;
• guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed;
• understanding the company business model and our product to source adequate talent;
• support in the implementation of HR projects.

• proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter or similar in IT industry (at least 3 years of experience);
• fluency in Polish & English (reading, writing, speaking, listening);
• advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools (including Boolean search);
• technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
• experience in working directly with Hiring Managers;
• ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and managers;
• excellent communication skills, flexible mind-set, diligence and organizational skills;
• time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously;
• self-motivation with a result-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities;
