We are looking for a person who is passionate for people, strongly believes in individuals' potential,is service oriented, have strong power of initiative and excellent networking skills, combined withability for building trustful relationships and is curious and open to new ideas.In this role you will:

provide HR support in a variety of day-to-day activities, and advice to the local Leadership team
contribute to the operational implementation of the local HR action plan
work closely with the HR Centre’s of Excellence to deliver HR initiatives, tools, and processes
support managers in all employees related matters – recognition, performance management, training, employee engagement as examples
be involved in resource planning, onboarding, and integration
support the recruitment team and local managers in driving our EVP/Branding
on occasions be required to do some administrative activities to support the HR agenda.

We are looking for you if:

You have proven experience of working as a HR Consultant role and are ready to take the next step towards developing as a HRBP
You have the ability to assimilate data and information quickly and provide insight to the business leaders
You should have the ability to quickly build relationships and become a trusted advisor to senior management
Ideally have experience of work for a Global business working with centralised HR Centre’s of Excellence
Have good knowledge of Employment legislation in Poland including HR policies, practices, and legal framework
You should have a natural sense of curiosity, passion energy and determination to see things through to successful conclusion
Be ready to lead on projects, drive initiatives and support our growth plans and ambition to be an Employer of choice
