• Creating and maintaining personnel files and other documents for the legal purposes (preparing
• contracts, appendixes and other documents related to the whole employment life cycle)
• Support on payroll process preparation (time attendance and reports)
• Supporting Office Manager, Employees, and Line Managers in HR administration related
• questions as well as advise on Polish labor law topics
• Cooperating with various authorities, institutions (ZUS, NFZ, etc.)
• Cooperating with consultants and providers regarding Health and Safety activities
• Cooperating with consultants and providers regarding Benefits (Medical Care, Fitness Care)
• Support in the implementation of day-to-day admninistrative tasks
• Daily bases cooperation with HQ departments

• Knowledge of HR/employment law and payroll basic practices
• English on the communicative level (min. B2)
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in team
• Experience in operating in HR ERP (f.e. SAP)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative and positive attitude
• Independence in performing assigned tasks (analytical thinking, problem solving)

• Knowledge of the Italian language will be a plus
