Join EPAM Poland team as Lead People Programs Specialist and take our Corporate Social Responsibility programs to the next level! Currently we are looking for a self-driven CSR passionate for our Krakow Office with solid practical experience in CSR project management and communications. Join us to develop projects with a real impact on natural environment and local communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop CSR projects from crafting to execution
Manage NGO relationship – identifying the best partners to enhance our social and environmental impact in Poland
Manage EPAM-own educational programs for kids to share technological knowledge and practical experience with future engineers
Cooperate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to meet project goals
Volunteer community development
Manage ongoing communication and delivery to ensure CSR programs visibility and employee engagement
REQUIREMENTS:
CSR project management experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
“To do” attitude and ability to take ownership of projects and build solid working relationships
Event management and internal communications experience
Upper-Intermediate level of English
Polish native speaker
A collaborative, solution-focused approach
Previous experience in working in charity organization would be a plus
