EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services. We are committed to having a positive impact on our customers, our employees, and our communities. We embrace a dynamic and inclusive culture. Here you will collaborate with multi-national teams, contribute to a myriad of innovative projects that deliver the most creative and cutting-edge solutions, and have an opportunity to continuously learn and grow. No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.
Currently, we are looking for an Operations Manager EMEA/Background Check in Poland.
The process of Background Verification is an essential element of the on-boarding cycle. There is much emphasis given to this while an employee is being hired or onboarded on a project that requires a background check. Background verification is the process of looking up and compiling employment screening, education screening, criminal and court record checks, address checks, reference checks and many more of an individual.
You will interact with fast-moving customers, and your challenge will be to design and deliver an optimized and flexible shared service (consisting of vendors and operations) that responds to diverse and quickly changing needs but remains accurate and compliant. You will make data-driven judgment calls and earn trust with your customers through these decisions. Successful Managers within EPAM are strategic innovators who can pivot quickly, thrive in ambiguous environments, turn strategic vision into tactical solutions and are always looking at the data to drive ongoing improvements.
We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.
