DESCRIPTION Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for Senior Accountant for our Global shared service Payroll accounting team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the payroll for certain EPAM subsidiaries (info preparation, communication with HR team and external agencies, SOX control files preparation etc.) and respective US GAAP bookkeep the payroll-related activities of EPAM subsidiaries
Analysis and reconciliation of payroll through all internal systems
Monthly BS&PL variance analysis
Deal with audit requests and participate in regular meetings with external and internal auditors
Participate in regular improvement process activities with other teams, active analysis of areas of improvement and testing of new improvements
Good knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS accounting principles (ACCA / DipIFR is advantage)
Intermediate English level at least
Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
Working experience with ERP systems (SAP is advantage)
High personal responsibility, attentiveness to details, ability to control and process information that comes from many different sources
