As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead you will develop, drive, and inspire a high-performing team of Recruiters located across different locations in Poland. You will partner closely with staffing organizations and other teams to hire IT talent for Epam. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your experience in project management, champion new recruiting strategies and grow personally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Talent Acquisition team to fulfil vacancies with focus on time and quality of hire
Proactively balance Recruiter’s workload
Build strong relationships and become valued partner to Business / Resource Managers and HR organization
Handle escalations and manage expectations of hiring managers
Evaluate current hiring process and make changes to streamline and enhance for candidate and/or hiring manager’s experience
Enable the team to create and deliver recruiting strategies to attract the best candidates and fill positions
Active engagement in local recruitment marketing and EPAM brand building initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong recruitment experience ideally in software production/outsourcing industry
Experience in people management
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent negotiation, presentational and communication skills
Ability of work independently and within tight timescales
“Can-do” attitude and proactive approach
Ability to engage with international teams, drive the team with innovation, passion, and empathy
Fluent English both written and spoken
